Documentation of DUBFI
======================

The Dynamic Uncertainty Bayesian Flux Inversion (DUBFI) package implements an estimation of fluxes into the atmosphere based on observations of atmospheric composition and an Eulerian transport model.
It provides linear algebra routines for Bayesian inversions and tools for reading and filtering observation data.
